Orders: Online or by email to orders@ugly.fi. Orders received before Sunday midnight are baked to order and delivered the following week.

Delivery: We offer free delivery anywhere in Finland. We'll send your cookies to your closest postal outlet or a parcel locker of your choosing. If you live in the Helsinki region, we'll personally deliver your cookies straight to your door if you want.

Storage: Keep your cookies in room temperature and consume within two weeks. Cookies can also be frozen for up to three months.

Pro tips: Frozen cookies taste amazing! Kind of like ice-cream. Prefer that fresh-out-of-the-oven feeling? Heat a frozen cookie in the microwave for 30–40 seconds at full blast. Done and yum!

Gift cards: An Ugly gift card is a unique and easy gift that will be remembered long after the last cookie crumb is eaten. You can choose how many cookies you want the gift card to be valued at. And don't forget to write a personalized message. During checkout, you can choose to send the gift card to your own email or directly to the recipient. Gift cards are valid for one year after the date of purchase.
